Shipping policy
We will only ship out to verified addresses that match your bank or credit card on file.
Some orders may arrive in multiple boxes.
All orders placed after 3 P.M. will not be shipped out until the following business day.
Some deliveries will require a direct signature. If you are unable to receive your package or there is a failed delivery attempt, you will be responsible for reshipment costs.
All duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will notify you via the email address you have provided when placing your order.
If you receive an item that is damaged, you must report it to us within 24 hours of receiving it by contacting us at brettwcollins@gmail.com with "Damaged Package Order no. _____" within the subject line.
If you have not received a confirmation or tracking number regarding your order within 7 days, please contact us at brettwcollins@gmail.com with "Order no. _____ inquiry" within the subject line.
